I went for an oil change. What can I say? It was done, It was pretty quick and the service advisor was very courteous.
Unfortunately, with my Hornet, I had to spend a lot of time in the service center at Serra CDJR Lake Orion. Those folks worked so hard to try and get my car right, despite terrible software and electronics problems that were poorly designed. I've since sold the car and got a Grand Cherokee (love it!) from Serra Lake Orion. Between my Grand Cherokee and my Compass, I've been in recently for a couple of squawks. Chris Basha's team is attentive, diligent, knowledge, and they have a dogged determination to get the job done right! I will not take my cars, or my family's, anywhere else!
