Took almost 3 hours to do a service I was told would take an hour. Had 9:30 appointment got car back at 12:20, with a sorry for the wait no other explanation.
Good to get work done with out pressure of doing more work. I will definitely go back for my next oil change slash tier rotation.
Very kind and genuine. Dan First is the best and class act. Tim and Jason are awesome and take their time in addressing customer needs.
Process was straight forward and simple — also seemed fair. Had to wait a little, but that happens…
Was a good experience. Set my appointment on line. Showed up, received great help from my service writer. Had a 1 1/2 hour job done within 45 minutes. Friendly, will be back.
