The final bill seemed a little pricey (one hundred dollars) for an oil change and rotation.
Everyone is great and so pleasant to work with. I live closer to another dealership but prefer to drive a bit further to Racine because of the staff.
There was some contention when I got to the dealership. I had multiple messages confirming my appointment but Patti stated that it was a 'request' not an 'appointment'. We worked through it, Patti took care of me and was extremely customer friendly. I was very happy when I left the dealership.
I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful. Also a big shout out to Roger the mechanic who put the new engine in, it runs amazing. Thank again Jeff and Deanna
Had an absolutely flawless and seamless experience leasing a new Grand Cherokee from Randy Rogers! In & out in about 2 hours, and everyone else that was part of the process was great too; Steve Scwhaab in Finance, Sales Manager Joshua Wampole, Used Car Manager Ron Ward, and lastly Eric Profahl, the porter who did an especially nice job of cleaning up my blacked out Grand Cherokee Altitude! Can't imagine buying or servicing my vehicles anywhere else but Palmen in Racine. Thank-you...
