I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from DJ Enterprises Auto Sales. I purchased a vehicle from them in March 2018. They provided a one-month warranty. After having the vehicle for three weeks, the engine and transmission died. They did not replace them with new parts or even refurbished parts but parts from a junk yard that they had no knowledge of any existing problems with the parts prior to ending up at the junk yard. After they “fixed” it, the transmission was still having issues with shifting. They came and picked it up again and this time said it was the timing belt they needed to replace. Returned the vehicle to me again but it still was not fixed. The transmission was still having issues of shifting and shuddering. They picked it up again and said it was a small little plastic piece in the transmission that needed to be replaced. Well, the transmission is still not shifting correctly. And now Jamie will not even return my phone calls. Their customer service is great when you are purchasing the vehicle but if you have any issues thereafter, forget it. They are rotten at returning phone calls. When they are servicing your vehicle, it takes days for them to fix it. One of the times they had my vehicle for over two weeks. I am not happy to say the least. I just want my vehicle working properly. I am a single mom with very limited income and cannot afford to just have it fixed on my own, nor should I have to. The vehicle was under warranty when the issues arose and should rightfully be fixed by the dealership.
