What Others Say

10 Days and Still No One Knew Where My Car Was I brought my car to the Nissan dealership at 3660 Boston Rd in the Bronx on Feb 17 because it was jerking to the right. I figured a dealership would be the most trustworthy place to get it checked. Instead, I got a $8,000 estimate and was told to contact my insurance. What followed was 10 days of Nissan saying GEICO never called them and GEICO saying they called Nissan multiple times. GEICO even offered a virtual estimate option to speed things up. According to GEICO, Nissan declined it and asked for an in-person adjuster. According to Nissan? “GEICO never called.” Eventually GEICO sent an adjuster. When he arrived, the dealership told him my car had been moved to another location. He drove there… and they said they didn’t know where it was. Meanwhile when I called the dealership, they told me the car was still at the original location. So the adjuster drove back… only to be told again the car wasn’t there. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle after 10 days of nothing happening, the staff suddenly acted like they didn’t know where my car was parked. Luckily I brought my spare key. I pressed the panic button and said “Let’s follow the sound.” And just like that… we found the car. After arguing with management and being yelled at by someone claiming to be the manager, they finally gave me my keys—but refused to give me the written estimate. So in summary: • Car sat there 10 days with no work done • Insurance adjuster sent on a Bronx scavenger hunt • Staff “couldn’t find” my car… parked outside • I had to locate my own vehicle using the panic button If you enjoy confusion, wasted time, and yelling managers, this is the place for you. If you want your car fixed, I’d strongly suggest going anywhere else. 🚗 this review needs to be shorter Here are a few very short Google-style reviews you could use: Option 1 (very direct): “Had a very disappointing experience here. Poor communication and customer service. Would not recommend.” Option 2 (slightly softer): “Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Customer service and communication could definitely be improved.” Option 3 (friend mention): “My friend had a really bad experience here. Based on what I heard, I wouldn’t recommend this place.” Option 4 (shortest): “Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.” If you want, I can also make: even shorter 1-sentence versions (10–12 words) versions that sound more serious/credible for Google reviews versions that avoid sounding like review-bombing (which helps them stay up). for google not that short still keep most of the points just make the story shorter but keep valid points Here is a shorter version that keeps the key points but removes extra detail, making it better for Google reviews: Version 1 (balanced and clear): ⭐ 1 Star Brought my car to the Nissan dealership on Boston Rd in the Bronx on Feb 17 because it was pulling to the right. They gave me an $8,000 estimate and told me to contact my insurance. What followed was about 10 days of confusion where Nissan said GEICO never contacted them while GEICO said they had called multiple times. GEICO eventually sent an adjuster, who was told the car had been moved to another location. When he went there, they said they didn’t have the car. Meanwhile the dealership told me it was still at the original location. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle after 10 days with no work done, staff said they didn’t know where it was parked. I had to use my spare key’s panic button to locate my own car in the lot. Very frustrating experience with poor communication and organization. I would not recommend this service department.

I had a genuinely great experience at Nissan of the Bronx, and a big reason for that was our salesperson, Jeter Melenciano. Jeter was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly professional, without ever being pushy. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, walked us through our options clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident at every step of the process. Buying a car can easily feel stressful or overwhelming, but Jeter made it straightforward and smooth. He explained everything clearly, answered every question we had, and treated us with real respect. You could tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. We ended up purchasing a Nissan Rogue and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is honest, attentive, and truly excellent at what he does, ask for Jeter Melenciano. He made the entire experience a pleasure. Highly recommend Nissan of the Bronx and especially Jeter.

Worst experience ever and this is like my 8 car from a dealership. Don't go here they screw you at every chance

Best customer service and they helped make sure everything was done and even with beyond to make sure I had the car of my dreams

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! The actual online price is not he real price. I scheduled a meeting to test drive and possible purchase a 2022 Escalade Esv. The internet price was $48K. Too good to be true, & it wasn’t true. When I sat down with the sales rep (OV) I told him I was going to put down $ 10K. He started writing down figures and when he was done the total cost was $67K. I said how did you come up with that figure and he started to show me all the mark ups and hidden fees. HE ACTUALLY ADDED MY DOWN PAYMENT TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR! When I questioned him about it he said “Everything is negotiable. I respectfully stood up, shook his hand and walked out. That same car that was listed last week at $48k is now listed at $66k. I guess their scam to get you Into the dealership and then try to scam you on the real asking price has failed! There are too many reputable and honest dealerships in the area to waste your time at this Bronx Nissan. BEWARE!

Everyone is pleasant, courteous, and caring. Dealership cares about customer satisfaction. Client comes first. Awesome place to buy your vehicle
