Tyler is a wonderful service representative. He always takes good care of me and my vehicle. Coyle dealership and the parts department need to improve their communication. On two separate visits to the dealership I brought my truck in for recall problem. Both times I was told the parts department had my part but when I arrived they did not have the right part. I have to take time off from work when I schedule this so I am very disappointed in Coyle for not keeping track of the parts they have on hand. Also in both instances and these were on two different recalls. I called the parts department prior to bringing in my truck and I was told they had the part.

Oil change takes 2 hours or more with an appointment they do a good job but I would think one hour should be plenty
