My experience has been awful. Within two days of me purchasing the vehicle i asked if I could trade for another one since I wasn't happy with this one and I was told I couldn't and that i also forfeited my $1200 down payment so I couldn't get that back even if I wanted to. Now this car has been in the shop three times since I've had it which is only 2 months and they refuse to let me switch out this car or bring it back, and im not pleased.
