I saw a Truck advertised for 11,999.00 on the internet. Was really interested and drove 1 hour to get there to have them tell me it was the (wrong Price). Then was offered it for 12,600.00. I think that was false advertisement on their behalf.He said it would be changed first thing the next morning. The salesmen told us the price was 15,000.00, but when the next morning came the price was advertised for 13,999.00. When i called Ray Viles himself he said he would check into it and took my number but never called to apologize or anything. Got a email back from Raymond Defoe the Internet professional he called himself whom said It was a MISTAke an he was human and also wrote my friend back whom complained on my behalf to tell her that was (her Ignornace on her behalf).That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from a car dealership. He did aplologize for the mistake but his rudeness and his emails couldnt even make up for his (mistakes) he called it. MAKE NO MISTAKES and deal with these people all affilated with ray viles ford, imports, or others if dont wont to make the same mistake of the misleading sales offered like i had to encounter. We did trade at Cars Etc and got a great deal.
