The whole car buying process was easy and painless. Everyone was kind and very helpful.
My last two visits was bad, not happy with the service. Scratch my paint and Missing tire caps
Carlos was a great salesman. He helped me a lot during the process. I was able to get my truck within the same day. Excellent Service.
I brought my car in with a problem of the tire monitoring system. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than an hour. Everything was completed without any problems or delays. I always bring my car to Casa Buick GMC for all routine maintenance and repairs.
The salesman Joe was human and very down to earth. Martin the finance guy was was very nice and welcoming. However , Seasoned car buyers simply want to purchase a car and walk and be about the business of living and driving their new car. When a customer comes to your dealership with an approval certificate Make the sales and let the customer go .We wasted two days at your dealership with no pay and was strong armed to purchase features that's already on the car.Tell us why your salesman insisted on Bank America instead of GECU, is his payoff better? We almost walked out, your guy let us take the car home before clinching the deal. DONE DEAL! Mike the guy who showed us the car's features was our best experience at the dealership. He took time to explain and show us the features of the car. We walked away from Casa Ford. The Casa Group must live up to HOME OF THE NICE GUYS. We rather buy in El Paso than NM or AZ. We know the guys got to make a commission but easy up or loose good customers.
