My car purchase experience was flawless. The staff accommodated me every step of the way. From the expertise of my salesman, Vinny Q, Darlene and the sales manager Rob! They could not have been more helpful. Even the first contact with the reception area was beyond helpful and kind. It actually was a fun experience and I LOVE MY CAR for the first time ever!! I would highly recommend this dealership.

I just purchased a vehicle from Competition Infinity and am still pinching myself. I was looking for a vehicle that allowed me to see ahead of traffic as my previous vehicle was a sedan and I felt I needed to join the SUV club for that reason. I had looked at several makes and been at several dealers. At one dealership the experience was completely awful. (they wouldn't tell us the price until we drove the vehicle to see if we "fit") We left... Fast forward to meeting Vinny Q and seeing his calm demeanor. He listened to our needs and helped us to purchase my new vehicle in a comfortable, non threatening, all around "good feeling" time. Vinny taught me about the vehicle as I drove and asked all the questions. Even when we arrived to pick up our vehicle-he gladly answered more questions, synced my phone-yeah and helped in all aspects of our buy. Darlene was our finance person and she was equally wonderful. She loves flowers and we discussed her cute shoes and my flower bag as we walked to her office. That alone made me feel at ease knowing we were going to "sign the papers". Darlene also answered all our questions especially helping with the pricing of our loan. When I left I felt like all went well and my vehicle is covered for whatever may come up. Thank you Infinity for having such wonderful people working to help sell and secure our financing. (still pinching myself)

The service department treats you horribly once you put 20k down and leave. I purchased the extended warranty and when my handle popped off , I went there and they said they couldn't tell me if it covered the faulty part unless they charge me $214 and run a diagnostic, for a handle?????? I will take this to another dealer and wipe my hands clean of Infiniti forever.

I recently had an accident in my Infiniti QX70 and was so hurt because really I loved my beautiful car! I purchased it at Competition Infiniti in Smithtown, NY (Infiniti /11780 in 2019. I immediately called this dealer to let them know that due to Infiniti’s exceptional engineering I was still alive. Since purchasing my vehicle back in 2019 to present I continued taking my car for service. I loved the ambiance of this dealership but most of all the staff. The service Manager Elton he is terrific and Nicholas the service guy, is great. Lynn was good accommodating me with appointments/loaners. Therefore, when my car was totaled, I returned to Competition Infiniti. I didn’t mention it’s an hour and a half away from home. This time around I met three more great staff members, Maureen, Darlene and Vinnie Q. Vinny Q is exceptional! He handled my sale like the professional that he is. I felt very comfortable with him. From our phone conversation to my first visit he was terrific. Based on our phone conversation he set aside a few vehicles that he thought I would like. I chose one of them. Vinny was very patient, soft spoken, charming, organized and a humble gentleman. I kid you not! Darlene Titus was very bubbly, delightful, detailed and best of all to the point. She was my finance manager. The third person was Maureen, very pleasant and likeable; she was at the front desk. Thank you so much for easing the process! 💛
