Eli is great to deal with. I live in Floral Park but it is worth the trip though come out to Huntington. I just feel like it’s fair and transparent.

Hands down Volkswagen of Huntington located on Long Island in New York, is the best Volkswagen dealership around! I dropped my car off had an issue with the AC they were able to diagnose it, and gave me a realistic time frame of when I would be getting my vehicle back. My service professional. Zeve kept me in the loop every couple of days to let me know updates on the vehicle. Also, my car was kept for a lengthy amount of time, so was able to give me a loaner car. I truly felt like a valued customer because Zeve kept in contact with me about the vehicle. He insured that I’d have transportation and he allowed me to meet the technician who would be working on my vehicle. I have a All electric 2022 ID4 and I was having an issue with the air conditioner. I am overall glad I had my car repaired at Huntington Volkswagen! Everything was explained to me, and I never once had to call and ask for an update, and when my vehicle was ready, I was notified days in advance of the projected ready date. Thank you so much.
