Great service Dept they surprised me with a reward program that earned me a free oil change! Nothing I had to do but show up!
This was our second vehicle purchase from Reinke NIssan, and it could not have been better or more comfortable. The sales staff were excellent, knowledgeable aout the vehicles, and very courteous. The reasons we returned to Reinke were the service we received when we bourght our previous vehicle, and the courtesy we received when we received when we returned the car for routine service.. We will return to this dealership when we ar ready to trade cars again.
This is the best Service Department! When I call for an appointment, I am called by name and scheduled within a few days, at my convience. I needed an oil change and headlight replaced. I asked for the belts to be checked, since it is winter and I don't want any problems. When I checked in, I was greeted by name and when they looked at my service record, they noticed that it was time for tire rotation. I went in to the very nice waiting area and while they were checking the headlight, found that the socket was shorted out. They could replace it and I was told the price up front. I agreed and I was done within 45 minutes. Was told the belts were showing wear, but would be OK for a while. I have had bad experience with another car dealer's repair shop, but in the last 12 years, I have been with Jim Kuhn and his service department. I even went in once with low tire pressure with no appointment and they checked the tires and it was just because of the cold so they filled them and sent me on my way in 10 minutes at no charge. I did purchase my used Mazda3 at Reineke 3+ years ago and had a great experience then.
I have a lemon of a car, In the first 7mth the dealership had my car more than I did.. and It was never fixed., Now I have to pay for it.
Recently had my Pathfinder brought for routine service. As always had an outstanding service. All the staff being extremely courteous ,informative and efficient besides having to perform constant multitasks at the same time. Both my husband and I agree, that after each of our visits "to have a car checked or repaired" we always leaving with a feeling of being treated like somebody special, and respected. Elizabeth Brym
Service advisor Jim Kuhn very professional, short wait for oil change. Clean waiting area with snacks (cookies and popcorn) and beverages available if wanted. Very satisfied.
