The salesperson, Sal D’Amico was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. He took his time explaining the cars and the features. When we picked up the car he was AMAZING!! He was patient and explained all the components of the car. He didn’t rush us and was readily available for questions. I highly recommend Sal!!!

My AC broke down at the worst possible time right in the heatwave. This is bad for my high blood pressure. Thankfully, Smithtown VW service had an appointment that week and was able to help me. My service representative was Jasmine Khan and my technician was Josh. They let me know I needed some new bushings on my control arm too, which is pretty serious. They set me up with a second appointment for an install of all the new parts and somehow rigged my AC to work for the week I had to wait to get time off, VERY appreciated. Jasmine was SUPER helpful and informative updating me about everything. I was able to drop the car off and get a ride home from John, who was great conversation. I got the car back and I am now super frosty for the rest of the summer. Thanks for the hard work and convenience guys. I know who to see when I finally upgrade my Rabbit.
