As usual, the experience of going into a new lease was seamless, quick and enjoyable.
Crest is not your a typical car dealership with bad reputation. All there people are honest and friendly and not pushy. I've leased many cars from Crest and Rob ( my salesman) and Steve, all the way up to the owner, I've been at ease and extremely satisfied with the way I'm received and treated. I highly recommend Crest to my family and friends.
We love our 2026 Nautilus we just bought end of Feb. but when picked up was dirty inside, not cleaned well. Also had phone issues calling & received calls would breakup and static. Worked with Michael Katz from IT about phone who is EXCELLENT he advised the speaker & connection be checked. Jean in service was wonderful to work with and believe this issue is fixed now along with our car being cleaned well. We still have one last issue which I forgot to mention to our salesman Eric after we got it- a rattling noise on passenger door side when driving not sure what it is but will need to have this rectified. I’m calling service today to make appointment to bring in so they can hear it.
Very easy to deal with, helpful after the sale I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice new car
