The service was good, but I expected the waiting room to be much nicer. I’ve been to Chevy dealers with much better facilities. Cole Valley’s waiting room is just some basic chairs, a TV, and mediocre coffee.
Appointment on time and dealer drove me to my aerobics class and car was ready when I arrived about an hour and half later
Always have had great results with at Cole Valley .Treat you with respect as if you were family. the service was fast and was on my way.
Great people, Great service. My only complaint is the extra charge for using a credit card to pay my bill. NO other dealership I have ever been to doesn't do this.
