I came in for my advantage care service on my 2022 Honda CRV-EXL. Joshua Caldwell was excellent and kept me informed on my car and what was being done, and when completed. Rick Johnson showed me around and where the new waiting room was. He also told me about the work that was going on with the new building for Ken Garff Honda. It will surely be nice when complete and up and running when bringing our cars in for service and if any work on them that may need to be done.

Kyle has been my service advisor since I bought my 1st leased Nissan at your sister dealership “Nissan Riverdale” I have had 3 leases since then. On my 3rd lease I found out that Kyle had left the Nissan Service department to come work with Honda. I called and yelled at him because he left me with the other service advisors. He said that my service plan worked at all Ken Garff dealerships no matter which model of vehicle. I asked him if I could schedule an appointment as soon as possible and he told me to just come down the road and he would fit me in right then. I have never followed a service advisor, like you would follow your hairstylist. But once you have experienced their knowledge, honesty, patience, and of course always walking in and seeing him like we have know each other of whole lives. He's move than an advisor. He's a true friend.

Experience went well. I did feel I had to advocate for myself to make sure the pricing was fair and correct. Kyle was pleasant to work with and patient while explaining the different pricing to me and my Dad.
