Very courteous, experienced and timely. Inform you of the does and don'ts. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
The truck wasn't serviced as I was told it was. Once I asked for the service records they moved it to the shop and got started. Also, I was told everything worked but the GPS card was missing making the nav not work.
Doug in sales was great, financing was easy and quick. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend Heritage GMC.
