The salesmen were very friendly and helpful. I looked at several vehicles and was close to purchasing one. However, I happened by the perfect deal for me on another lot, so did not purchase from Kugman Motors. I will check them first the next time I need to purchase a car.

They made us feel comfortable and welcome with no high-pressure sales. It was about as pain-free a car buying experience as I could have hoped for. Purchased my Lincoln Town Car in May 2017. So far I've had to replace one tire (I had 2screws and one nail in it) in September, replace the front brakes in December (after 20k miles) and an oil change every 2 months. Car runs like a brand new vehicle. Mark and his staff have treated me like I want to be treated, no complaints at all. Would highly recommend this dealership
