It's always clean and they do good work. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
My '23 Acadia had a steering wheel airbag module error. This replacement airbag was on back order across the country. Ben explained the situation to me, got the part on-order, arranged for a loaner/rental car and kept me informed of the status of the part. Once the part had shipped he contacted me with an outlook of how long it would take to install and test, once they had the part. The service department made it happen ahead of time, even after having to do some additional diagnostics, Ben was great to work with and kept me informed all through the service process.
