Randall greeted us at the door with a warm, welcoming attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. He walked us through all of our available options without ever pressuring or rushing us. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision. He took the time to answer every question, carefully compare leasing versus buying, and patiently adjust the numbers as many times as we asked. He remained kind and professional throughout and never made us feel like a burden. One thing we especially appreciated was that he consistently gave us space and privacy to talk things over whenever we needed to discuss features or pricing. The entire process felt positive, informative, and completely pressure-free. I can’t say enough great things about Randall, Jason, and Anthony, the whole PV Kia team took excellent care of us. Both were very cummunicative over the few days it took to settle the purchase. The maintenence shop performed wonderfully going over the vehicle and performing any work or parts necessary. I live about 2 1/2 hours south of this dealership, but am SO glad I took the time to check with them on a used car I was looking for. I've personally bought many cars in my lifetime and have help many more do the same. This may have been the absolute best experience I've ever had. Pricing was being fair. Level of consideration and respect was top notch. Got me in and out in record time. I'm not sure I could have been treated any better. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Anthony Vega was a pleasure to work with. I got what I wanted at a good price. The manager Josh was excellent to work with. Josh used to sale Jeeps and took the time to demonstrate the features on a Rubicon, very knowledgable. I did experience a mechanical problem and the dealership made the repairs at no cost. The service department did a great job and was friendly. I am very happy.

My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership.
