Purchased my Sienna at Crestmont Toyota in 2012 and have had it serviced there many times. The administrative team members are professional and friendly. The service technicians are great. At my last visit John Brock was my service advisor. He is funny, efficient and professional. The day after my service appointment, I received a call from Mike. He wanted to know if everything was OK.
