Samantha, the service advisor, was very nice, but the rest of the story was far from satisfactory. I went there to get an estimate for a transmission problem and it was given an absolutely cost prohibitive pie in the sky estimate of over $6,000, which is nothing short of predatory while at the same time being given the hard sell by the sales team who magically join the conversation with no input for me trying to coerce me to buy a new car and offering me $400 for my 2019 charger, which even for parts is absolutely absurd. Two words clearly come to mind predatory and coercive.

Kind, courteous, efficient, and prompt. Professional, friendly, attentive to customer's concerns, made every attempt to walk the customer through the cost of the service
