Wonderful interviewer very experienced. La' Quande Thomas, was very, very knowledgeable, he know what he is doing. Very pleasant and helpful, respectful young man.. He works very hard at his job. He has our best interest at heart. I would recommend this dealership to anyone with no regrets, but that they be taken care of by him. I'm a serious buyer who was ready to go to the dealership today and buy the car I saw online. When I tried to get information and price on a car they had listed on Cars.com, was told three times that someone would call me back but they never did (over 2 1/2 hours). When I called back a fourth time (I never should have) and asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist became rude, told me to shop somewhere else and hung up on me. No problem, gonna forward my displeasure to Mitsubishi Corporate. Based on my experience and others, do not give them your business!

This is an impressive team at Mayors. They worked hard to get me the car I wanted (an Infiniti G37x), at a great price. They worked with me through every step of the process, explaining everything as they went along. It was a very professional and friendly enviornment. They worked hard to get me a great rate from the bank. I can say this was an easy, smooth non pressure transaction, front to back. I have already reccomended Mayors to a few people. If your serious about buying a car, this is the place to go.

We went to a lot of different dealers and could not get approved anywhere not even large dealerships that advertise "guaranteed approvals" and not only did they get us approved but we had a range of cars we could choose from that we could afford. At the end they helped us get a car we love with a clean carfax and we are now able to re-establish our credit with this car loan. The staff was very friendly and their customer loyalty referal program even paid for our car payment one month. Have no problem buying from them again and referring friends.
