Other than having to wait an additional 75 minutes for completion of repairs, everything else was fine. But for that, there would have been a 5 rating.
Consistent excellence. I never fail to be pleased with the quality of work done at Matthews as well as the personable employees. They got me an appointment the day after I called for a tire leak, took me right in, had my work done within a few hours, found the work was under warranty & sent me on my way without paying a dime.

This is my 3rd sportage. Sales team professional and helpful especially showing me how everything works with my car
Normal process. Checked my car in. Stayed in the waiting area to do work. Service staff checked in with me about other services my car could get. Even looked into a concern I was having about my fob and door button having issues recently.
