What Others Say

Poor customer service, dated building. Salespeople don’t harass you and they are quick and not pushy.

Long wait to check in even with apmt. High turnover of personnel - even at upper levels so its hard to form a relationship with any of them. Furniture needs replacing - very worn. Personnel courteous and respectful offering you discounts if available but push maintenance work on you based purely on time not inspection or mileage. Wanted me to get over $600 of work done plus new tires but 2nd opinion told me it was not needed. None of it. e.g trans servicing (CVT) at 8K miles for a 2017 Outback.. LOVE my car - is my second Subaru since 1998 ( Forester ) which had a whole lot more mileage on it and is probably still on the road.

The purchase of the vehicle was a nice experience very happy with it but not so happy with the way the salesman Daniel drilled two holes in the bumper cover to put the paper plates when there’s two holes already from Subaru very bad way and he said that your dealer been doing it for years like that

Started this fun appointment by waiting in my car for 30 minutes just to get checked in. There were two cars ahead of me, so I finally went inside and both techs were sitting at their computers. When I asked about the protocol, they told me to wait and only sprang into action once I mentioned I had been waiting for 30 minutes. They inspected the car and told me my right rear seal needed immediate attention and quoted me $700. I was ready to do it, but they don't have the part fortunately. I took it to another mechanic who said it was bone dry. He ended up replacing the lower control arms (they told me the issue was one ball joint) and an inner tie rod, issues they missed. I also got better tires for less than they quoted. A real racket they are running over there.

It was done professionally serviced for my Subaru Outback 12000 miles maintenance as I expected.

The service was good and on time. All the personnel were respectful, courteous and friendly
