We got a really nice Rav2 from them. We did negotiate an agreeable price and the sale went smoothly. I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. Thanks Norvell!
Picked up a Sonata limited hybrid. CJ was fantastic at explaining how to use all the cars features. He even came out to the house to setup our garage door opener. He's the best.
