We drove in and made a cold inquiry about a particular vehicle; he walked us straight to it, and was immediately able to provide us with detailed information about all aspects. He made our purchase experience a pleasant and relaxed one, and had no complaints about staying late while we finalized the transaction. His attitude and demeanor were quite refreshing compared to experiences we have had elsewhere.
