I really, really like everyone I worked with to purchase 2 vehicles in 18 months. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. You don't feel pressured or rushed. The service department is also very good. I love my cars. Thank you 😊.

Buying a car here was a good experience. Jeff & Brian are nice, & they worked with me on price. I recommend & will use them again. They have a great website too.
I purchased a Prius and put a down payment being assured I was approved for a car loan. Then a week later returned the car because I didn't want to pay a larger down or have a cosigner, I returned the car. It tool from August 16th until September 7th to get my down payent refunded. The company has a policy to hold the payments for at least 10 days before returning. Also nearly $200 was deducted for a windshield crack. Since it was not my car, technically I was test-driving, Hertz should have been responsible for the windshield. They did acknowledge it was a "gray area." Basically I was charged about the same as a retail windshield replacement. Would NEVER go back to any Hertz dealer especially the one in Eugene. Turns out the car was overpriced by $2,000 as well.
I took the 2013 Tahoe that I paid $34,000 from Hertz in Hawaii back so they could remove the on star navigation. They had me follow them to a shop for removal. First the worker that had grease on his hands and boots gets in the car and takes a slim Jim that is used to open locked cars an uses that to take the dash apart. He cut the headliner with the slim Jim and left greasy hand prints on the inside but he did get the on star out which was the most important. Hertz said to bad.
