Everyone i have come in contact with has been. So helpful and pleasant. Very accommodating.
Always friendly and always helpful. This particular service department is typically pretty busy. Yet they still take the extra time to treat you like your the only one around. My recent experience with Anthony validates my point above. Anthony went over and above to help me out with my car's issue. It was not a straightforward problem, and he stepped up and went the extra mile to see that the issue was resolved.
Was very satisfied. No pressure from anyone. Salesman was very courteous and patient with me as it took me awhile to make a decision. Everyone there was very friendly couldn’t have been better
Be prepared to negotiate like it’s 1984. This dealership doesn’t believe in putting their best deal forward so they’ll make you fight for it. They will start with outrageous numbers so that any deal you agree on later will seem like a great deal. Also look out for the dealer add ons; especially since they charge the Florida maximum dealer doc fee of $1,199. Overall I like working with this dealership because it’s conveniently located and the dealership is nice. I just wished they were more transparent with pricing and negotiations so that I could LOVE them.
Fast and friendly service crew, they’re always the best and I recommend they’re service center for anyone.
