The entire staff, from the lot guys, to the service area, sales managers, everyone were polite and helpful no matter the question or concern. We were offered a fair trade amount on our car, and the sales managers tracked down the perfect Palisade for us. But the main reason for this review is our sales agent Josephine Haddad. What can we say? She was a superstar for us, walking the lot with us, taking us on three different test drives, asking all the right questions, jockeying cars out of the way so we could get to one we wanted to drive, and finding the hidden gem that wasn't even in their sales system but knew what we were looking for and got us in the Palisade we wanted. Please consider Josephine as your sales agent if shopping for a Hyundai ion the central Florida area, you will not be disappointed.
