The net-net: The best VIP luxury buying experience I have ever had. Jose is a pleasure to deal with, absolute professional. I’ve bought a lot of high-end cars in the past. I’ve been shopping for my first Ferrari for nearly a year now. Buying a pre-owned Ferrari can be nerve-racking and requires a ton of research. Jose and the team at City of Cars went out of their way to put my mind at ease and were 100% transparent about every aspect of the vehicle. Here are 5 reasons why this has been the best purchase experience I have ever had: 1. Lightning speed follow up and total professionalism in communication. 2. In the vehicle walkaround, Jose and Dave not only highlighted the good, but were upfront about what’s not perfect. 3. Greet-to-drive off took less than 45 minutes (exc. test drive). 4. Complete transparency on price and accepted my offer on the spot. 5. Jose even brought out his drone and we had a blast shooting aerial videos of the car, such a nice touch! I highly recommend City of Cars for any purchase, whether it’s a daily drive or exotic, these folks know their stuff! And clearly committed to treating everyone like a VIP.

Contacted City of cars and talked to Alan. Vehicle looked good price was good and everything seemed fine! I was buying from Ohio and the dealer was in Michigan. Alan said that would be no problem (3 hours away) I nail the day of delivery and the lies started! I caught him in a couple of bold face lies and called him out on the and really got some pretty lame excuses again! Steer far away from this place! Not sure why they did what they did but I would not deal with them ever again!
