Samantha. N. Sold me used Lexus RX 350. She sent me service records, photos. I wanted GPS updated keyfob new, touchup paint etc. etc....she got it all. Anything I wanted. First owner bought new, a few miles away at Lexus C.S. Samantha sent me there and I got all original service docs and original purchase invoice! Got best price in country actually. I flew in at airport got stuck on tarmac for two hours. Samantha drove to Denver airport, circled two hours! I finally got to passenger pickup, she was arguing with police as she had car waiting at door, they ordered her to move it. She opened back door like a chauffer, and drove me 70 miles to dealership. Paperwork was all done, everything perfect. Vehicle is everything she said and more! Everyone at the dealership seem of good character, honest and very easy to speak with. My lexus dealer in Utah looked at all service records and carfax etc. He said all legitimate and exactly correct, just as Samantha said they were. He said you could not get a better deal, inspection showed way better condition...and some additional features! I finally got someone who took care of me and my wife. It is present for my wife's retirement! Thank you Samantha, and all there at Phil Long Hyundai!
