Great dealership, I recently purchased a 2022 Mazda and Harry was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Harry and Danny and Tim made the buying process completely stress-free. This dealership has gained my loyalty and I recommend anyone check at Nelson Ford Mazda first when purchasing a new or used vehicle, Ask for Harry,
My experience with Harry, Terri & Danny was great. We'll be friends for life. Need vehicle go see Harry salesman.
Good followup by a friendly call. Staff seem to be price but not Chevrolet aware Buy Fords or Mazda from a Ford Mazda dealer if you want knowledge. Price was well above average and not in the "fair deal " range. Since I live far enough away, service reputation is useless on internet sales. The dealer may be ok for local folks but out of touch with internet marketing.
I dealt with Kailey from Nelson. She promptly responded to my questions during business hours. When we were not able to come to terms about the truck listed she offered to keep an eye open for other vehicles that would meet my needs and budget. I was pleased with the service.
This is a great dealership. I recently bought a late model, low mileage used truck from them. I did my research and knew the value of the used truck and what I could realistically expect for my trade in. I wasn't expecting to buy the truck on the first visit, but after driving it I decided to go ahead. After driving it home I thought that it was running hot so I emailed the dealership. They had me bring it right back in, gave me a loaner vehicle and checked it out. Turns out that the newer models run hotter (verified it independently). I had it back the next day and I'm very happy with it, and with a dealership that would be so responsive to my concerns.
Service Dept needs training.lee Nelson don't seem interested in improving the service Dept.i got a bad oil change and a front end alignment.i had the oil changed again and in the process to getting the front end aligned again .I was told the oil change would be about 78.00 and the front end alignment would be about 49.95 which the total cost would be 128.00. Tracey called me,said my car is ready.i asked the cost.she said one hundred one dollars and some change.i said something is wrong it should have been about 128.00 plus tax.come to find out that had put the wrong oil in.how did a respectable dealership do this.with computers now days ,how did this happened other than?It seems that Thomas was having a really bad day.for this reason I don't believe that a proper front end alignment was done.if thay don't do one thing as simple as an oil change correct phow could the same mechanic do a front end alignment? All I have to go on is their word.and that don't mean a thing to me.i will get a new front end alignment at a respectable dealership.shop manager said I could stand in the shop open door and watch the oil change, the mechanic said no with his supervisor standing in sight.who is running Nelson Ford ? Employees or supervisors.right now it seems like I wasted 118.00 for dealing with Nelson for+.I will never go back on that car lot until it changes ownership.i don't want to go to court for this but might have to.i had the oil changed the next day at a cost of 92.00.how much damage did Nelson Ford do to y motor?
