We had our SUV brought to Ben Davis after my husband hit a deer for repairs and they were very helpful and more communicative than the insurance was. The gentleman that was in charge of our SUV made sure to call and update us frequently and was even willing to work with us when we weren't sure if we were going to be able to have the funds to pay the deductible right away. He even told us that if we had future issues to come back.
Very polite techs and mechanic. . Clean waiting room. They even washed my car. We will definitely be coming back!

Pleased with everything but thought prices were a little bit overboard. Service dept has been better on my last visit. Web site could use a little modification.
Satisfied with my experience. It did take 1 and a half hours to walk in and write a check. A lot of people standing around at 6pm on a Wednesday night, but Mike was hustling his tail off.
We were very happy with Steve in sales as well at Matt and Arturo in finance. We received a good trade in price and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them to all.
