After I bought a Kia sorento from them I had taken my car in for service after hitting a deer. Well they were suppose to change the radiator with a new one that my insurance company paid them for. Well a few weeks later my car started over heating due to a bad radiator. Took it to another service company and here to find out the radiator was never fixed and the old one was still in there. Well I consider that fraud and very poor customer service. I would NEVER buy a car there and would say BUYER BEWARE!

They lied to you to get your money and won't fix Thier mistake upset

This dealership is a ripoff. Bought a Kia was lied to about warranty. Was lied to about Harpers extra Warranty. Do not shop here. Don’t trust the salesman’s words.

Went to possibly trade in my Sorento for a newer model. Our salesman Dante was great. Besides making me feel comfortable, he showed us all of the differences between the models and made sure we understood. Hopefully, he'll still be there when I'm ready to trade my new one in. It was a very Satisfying car buying experience all the way around!
