We experienced an out of town emergency when the transmission failed on our 2023 Pilot Elite. We were 7 hours from home but the service department quickly responded and diagnosed the transmission had failed. Within 4 days they ordered the part and had the new transmission installed. Everyone we encountered was very supportive and responsive to our situation. Savannah Smith was exceptional in going above and beyond to deliver quality service. She was extremely kind and patient with us.

My experience with Stevenson Suzuki was the best I have ever had. I have purchased 9 vehicles from dealerships in my life and I have never had service as friendly and understanding before. Michael Sholar and Kevin (General Manager) were attentive to my needs and circumstances and worked in my best interests. Little Negotiation was needed as they were only concerned with the bottom line. Michael Sholar my sales Representative and Kevin the General Manager were extremely kind to my family and made my trip from Jacksonville worth my while. I didn't have any intention of buying a truck the day I went in unless the deal was perfect for my family's needs and circumstances. They did not waste time or energy trying to convince me to spend money I wasn't comfortable spending and outfitted me with the exact vehicle I need to pull a travel trailer and fit my family comfortably. Jinous was a wonderful lady with whom to work. She was considerate and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I was happy with the vehicle and the price. Jinous kept the "horse before the cart," so to speak, by first allowing me to test drive vehicles, inspect the trade-in, negotiate a price, and, finally, discuss financing details. She respected that my trade in was still MY vehicle, and politely asked for the keys and permission to do the standard pre-trade checks. While ensuring that the paperwork was accurately and efficiently completed, Jinous was equally attentive to making the transition from the old to the new vehicle a seamless process. Kevin was also quite professional and considerate. In light of the fact that I'd not-had-a-five-star-visit just a couple of days earlier, he graciously apologized and assured me that Stevenson Suzuki of Wilmington deemed customer service and satisfaction as a priority. By his words and actions, Kevin demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my visit...even during price negotiations. After completing the purchase, I was presented with the freshly washed/cleaned vehicle in which I happily drove away. I hope that when it's time to buy another vehicle, I will again have the pleasure of with Jinous and Kevin.
