Having been an Acura owner since the 1980s I have always had professional experiences with anyone with whom I've come in contact with. Mike Patton, who was terrific helping my husband and I purchased this last Acura was a Mike was an absolute gem. John Shaw my service manager always takes care of me 100%. Again today I had an appointment. He’s both professional and personable and got me out of there quicker than expected.
