What Others Say
I had a service appointment for my car 11:15 I arrived there is 11 am and he only told me the staff has to wait from 2:30 hours to 3 I told him they have to warn before I am more than 45 min and he only said
After I take the day at my work to be able to take my car they come out with those things it's not fair they have a terrible service
Fraudulent, bait & switch tactics. Extremely disappointing. I had done my research, made an appointment to see 2 new 2025 SUVs I was deciding between: the Telluride & Sorento. I showed up for my appt and they gave me a new inexperienced salesperson to help me. I am a 47F, to help paint the picture. I was ready to make a purchase, but needed more info on the vehicles, so I asked to speak with a more knowledgeable sales person. He brought in Angel to help me. They told me they had a new 2025 telluride SX in blue (what i was looking for), but their sales manager had been using it, so it just needed to be detailed. They gave me an offer of $51,600 for this "new" telluride. They negotiated down slightly (-$1K). I went home to think on it and used the VIN & stock # to look up the car just to look at the features again. Turns out the car they were trying to sell me on for $51,600 was a 2024 Telluride, valued on their website at $45,924. Total CON job. Even their sales manager was in on this deal and pushing me to buy it. Will never step foot in there again. Had cash to spend that day, and they totally blew it. Total CON job. Had cash & motivation to purchase that day, and they totally blew it. Buyer beware!!!!
Update June 2025: After 9 weeks of having my car and making me go out of my way to do absolutely everything they asked of me, on the car I took care of immaculately, they are forcing me to pick up my car or they'll start charging me. Nothing was fixed, and they wrongfully refused to honor the recall and the warranty.
April 2025:
The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. Never buy a Kia!
My Kia is one of the years that had an engine recall, due to their engines spontaneously combusting/exploding. They have been doing absolutely everything they can to not give me the engine that is owed for the recall. My car is still under the correct warranty, and this was verified. They made me pay a ton of money to get a new knock sensor so they could "make sure it wasn't a faulty sensor" and "it's part of protocol". They told me that I would for sure get my new engine after the new knock sensor goes off. This process took almost a month, and they wouldn't return any calls after always saying they would. After a few months, the check engine light is flashing again and showing the code for engine failure, so I bring in my Kia, assuming they would stay true to their word like decent human beings would. Instead, they try to sell me another knock sensor (the first one has a one year warranty and it's only been a few months), and a bunch of random overpriced things that had also been replaced a few months prior. Many of them are $20 items that they want me to pay $300+ for. They just try to make you buy a bunch of things you don't actually need in hopes that you'll either buy it all blindly or trade in your vehicle. I reminded them that all of these were replaced and the tech admits to not looking at the sheet before sending it over. Supposedly he has submitted a ticket with Kia service and is waiting to hear back from them for a few weeks. They are once again not returning calls and are ignoring texts. They said they would give me a loaner vehicle while they repair mine. I did not receive a loaner last time or this time, and it has already been over 3 weeks that I am without a vehicle. Do not waste your time with this dealership or Kia in general. When your faulty product is literally killing people it shouldn't be such an immense hassle to replace the broken component. The fact that the company and its employees fight you along the way is truly scummy, and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating anyone this way.
Paul Aitchison was absolutely helpful. He was kind and great about helping me. He always offered a hand to us and was patient.
Salesperson: Marco
Car Type: Used Audi
I have bought many cars and this was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I won't right an entire book but just the key parts to help others avoid the same.
Optional "Mandatory" charges
Marco is as shady as they come. When trying to finalize the deal and settling on numbers, Marco gave me the sales contract with 5 additional upsell service type options which took the price up about 5k. He began to explain each one and crossed out four of five and said those were optional, however the last one wasn't and I had to pay for it. It was some type of car care service package with a cost of $2500 dollars. So it wasn't a cheap line item by any means. I am used to the upsells and had no intention of getting or paying for anything other than the car itself.
Luckily I had already emailed in and got a quote on the car and pulled it up and showed it to him so he had no choice but to remove it.
Services not performed
I did ask to have the car tinted, a $400 charge. I would be picking up the car the next day and asked Marco about the tint before I left and he said it would be completed. I made sure to explain and text him as I was leaving exactly what I wanted on the car. The next day Marco texted me to ask when I would be in to pick up the car, he then proceeded to tell me he would be out around that time and who to work with (this didn't surprise me as I assumed he would try to avoid me). I asked him if the tint was completed to which he responded "its done".
When I came in to pick up the car, absolutely nothing was done. The car was not prepped, paperwork couldn't be found, keys couldn't be found, one of the batteries for the key fob was dead and of course the tint wasn't done. And the guy he told me to work with, had no idea about it either.
These were some of the more major cost related shady acts I dealt with over the three days. There was quite a bit more unprofessionalism I encountered but at most dealerships you see this more often than not so not worth mentioning.
