I previously wrote a review and I don't understand how all of a sudden a panel is missing, you were the only one that recently serviced my vehicle and another thing what does changing the coolant have to do with the campaign emissions upgrade, brake fluid and the Engine Air Filter and the next time you call me explain this in professional manner, not calling with a attitude because I definitely have one now and like i said all confidence is lost with you, you guys try to make me appear to be this dishonest individual and listed things in the automotive system as if I've hit something. xxxxxx, oh I liked the performance of my 2020 Kia Optima until that last visit.
False Advertising, should be reported to the BBB. They know what they're doing, they list at rock bottom prices on Cars.com and other sites to get you in the door, then they explain "oh no, you should have looked at the fine print, you only qualify for that rate if you are a unicorn". They're extremely pushy, use shady sales tactics, and are a shining example of everything wrong with the car dealership model. There are better dealerships out there, avoid this one at all costs.
January 30 2026, I'm upset all of a sudden I was told that a need to replace a panel cover, telling me that I must have driven over something or the snow damaged it, I had a inspection a couple months ago when I was there now you tell me that the price to repair is over Eleven hundred dollars, I had the braking system fluids, engine air filter and was supposed to have the campaign emissions done, I guessing that was the software update they stated. This is the first time I must say that I'm losing confident in such a very nice comfortable place to wait while your car is being serviced. I'm speaking in terms of the Mechanical Technicians, oh and the was a quick red flash light that came on afterward and another thing you guys need to make Kia Corporation aware of the customers Oil consumption. Have a great day but I'm definitely upset with here in reference to your service Technicians.
I brought my 2025 Kia Carnival in to the service department for an oil change and had an overall great interaction. Radoslaw, Luis and the rest of the team were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They created a professional, trustworthy experience and put my best interests first. The waiting area was comfortable, the staff was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Service was done efficiently and on time. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance. It’s refreshing to have such a smooth, hassle-free service experience.
Service advisor Radoslaw Chromniak was very helpful and pleasant during my visit at Kia……answered all my questions, concerns and made sure all was taken care of before I left the service department after replacing my broken door handle, great customer service, thank you Radoslaw for all you do
