I had a positive experience with the female salesperson and the female desk manager, both of whom were exceptional in their roles and provided outstanding service. However, I was concerned by the behavior of another manager, who appeared to be disrespectful towards his employees. I witnessed interactions that seemed demeaning, which left a negative impression on me. It is crucial for management to foster a supportive environment, as it greatly impacts both employee morale and customer experience. Overall, while I appreciated the service from the female staff, I believe that addressing the leadership style of the other manager could enhance the workplace atmosphere!
