I would not recommend I have had car for two week and someone Ik said that if they have a car same price they can switch it out if u have to many issues with it. But let’s sum up don’t go to them. Went in to have something done to swap out and they said can’t do nun 🙄

I bought a 2016 Ford Focus from car choice. I was told that the warranty was included it’s not. I was told that I couldn’t buy the car if I didn’t purchase gap insurance. They lied. Thanks Eric and Roberta! To make it worse, the car has broken down 3 times since and that was 5 weeks ago!!! Now the electrical system is messing up and all they can say is that’s why you have a warranty. Yes a warranty that they should have given me and a warranty that costs me 300$ every time something happens to it! Thanks for screwing me over car choice! My advice DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAR CHOICE! They will rip you off!

Very bad experience. Got approved but management wanted to choose what car that we could get. Car choice in Jonesboro Arkansas. Manager very deceptive about price on cars Wasted 3 days off work. Went from Blythevile to Jonesboro 4 times for nothing. Don't believe that they wanted to sell us a car.
