The service is reliable and they are trustworthy. The tech sent a video of each thing he looked at and recommended replacing. Made it very easy to make a decision on.
So glad to find Service Manager Zack Lentz. Neither the original dealership nor Safelight could figure out how to coordinate replacing and recalibrating the windshield on our Telluride. Zack understood the repair requirements, and our fears about everything working properly because our daughter uses every ADAS function all the time. She was panicking as the cracks grew larger and I was getting nowhere with the repair until I called the Collision Center number. Zack responded quickly to all communications, got the windshield ordered and the tech coordinated and it all works wonderfully! Thank you all so much for staying on top of these new technologies!
I was greeted by friendly people and settled into the comfortable lounge while the shop completed all the recall requirements. It wasn’t a long wait, then the very nice associate who was helping me presented all the paperwork and I was back on the road. Very positive experience!
The work got done quickly, effectively, and a bit below the cost I had expected. The waiting room experience was nice. But the 3% credit card fee was not verbally explained to me -- there's a sign that you have to notice -- and I wound up paying it accidentally. I also expected to be offered valet service, and was not.
Staff polite and respectful, it is a great place to wait for your vehicle, clean and with good service.
Buying my Kia Sportage was a very positive experience. Kylie was my salesperson and she was very pleasant. Joe was easy to work with as well! Thanks very much. Just waiting to receive the title and paperwork.
