My 2020 VW Tigian (which I've owned 18 months and paid cash for)) has been towed into the service shop 4 times. I bought a 7 year? warranty, so most things have been covered but not all! 4 times in less than 2 years (only 36k miles) Sensors, wiring, internal battery, throttle. So I looked into getting a value. Just spent 3 hours at dealership, afyer being told it would take 30 minutes, with them only offering $12k for my car (I paid $25k) and of course wanting to sell me another used car, a 2022 Nissan Rogue, with same amount of miles my car has now. And I would need to spend another $15k!!! And only a 3 year warranty. And then wanted me to finance the amount, but couldn't tell me the interest rate. What? I left. I'm sp disappointed in the car industry.

Robert was extremely helpful and processed my service transaction very quickly! He kept excellent communication and let me know as soon as it was done so I could pick up my car the same day! AAA++++

I had come in for a brake change and a brake fluid flush, and the technician (Mitchell) had found that the caliper was sticking and recommended that I get a new caliper on my next service, and the service advisor (Robert) explained what that meant and I was grateful for this customer service! I appreciate Mitchell thorough notes as well. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Volkswagen service from start to finish. My coolant light came on with a “check manual” message, so I called the service department. They were very helpful and advised me to bring my car in right away and drive directly into the service area. Once I arrived, the team quickly assessed the issue and determined that I needed a new radiator. They ordered the part, completed the repair, and kept me informed throughout the process. What I really appreciated was how seamless everything was, they connected me with the loaner department and provided me with a vehicle to use for a few weeks. It was almost the same model as mine, just newer, which made the whole situation even more convenient. Overall, I’m very grateful for the prompt service, clear communication, and the level of care provided. Mahalo to the team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

Francis is the goat, very knowledgeable about the vehicle he helped me purchase and had an amazing experience with him. I will definitely come back to him to get me a truck in the future. See you when I come in for service and hopefully in a few years I’ll come in for that truck we discussed! Thank you again for helping me get the best possible price for me and my family.
