I prefer making appointments. Would like to make an appointment on the weekend too. I prefer bringing my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change bc diagnostics will be run on my vehicle
They are very prompt, personable, reliable. I was in a bind and they stepped in and stepped up to help me. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Duck was especially great to work with - patient, showed us everything we wanted to see, found options online he could get sent to us, really spent time to help us find our perfect car. And we did! Love our new Yukon! Whole process was easy and seamless.
