Fantastic experience. Sandy was excellent. Very very knowledgeable. Very friendly and personable. She knew so much about the model we were interested in. Explained it in detail in fact, I needed her to go over a few things a couple of times. My fault, not hers. Went to another Buick dealer and two other GM dealers and she was the main reason we purchased the Envision! Can’t say enough about our great Crown experience. My car is fairly new. I love everything about it. My salesman, Mr. Kenney is the best. A good dealership, love doing business with them. Kailyn in service treats me very good also.

All was great except when I presented a GMC coupon for the oil change at checkout, I was told that it was too late. Disappointed with how that was handled.
