This is the 4th car I have purchased/leased from Donald (Duck). He is amazing. I tell him what is important to me in a new vehicle. He locates it and looks into all of the financing options for me. I show up, the car is ready to go. He always takes the extra time to make sure the settings in the vehicle are ready for me and insists that I go to "Duck school" to learn about all of the "bells and whistles." He is the best. Crown in general is very focused on client satisfaction and service.
Kaitlyn was very attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. The mechanic Branden did an awesome job! Very pleased with my first experience with Crown.
