He even sent me a handwritten thank-you note afterward, which I really appreciated! Rodrigo was also awesome—he helped me drive my new car to Carvana since I was a bit nervous. There was a small hiccup during the paperwork, but I shared my feedback and Rodrigo passed it on to the manager. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and confident they’ll keep improving.
