It was a great experience working with Barry and Rodrigo on my car purchase. Barry was very clear and efficient with all the details by email, and even though he was off the day I came in, he made sure Rodrigo had everything ready for me. He even sent me a handwritten thank-you note afterward, which I really appreciated! Rodrigo was also awesome—he helped me drive my new car to Carvana since I was a bit nervous. There was a small hiccup during the paperwork, but I shared my feedback and Rodrigo passed it on to the manager. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and confident they’ll keep improving.
