Everyone is very welcoming; especially Kelsey. Her personality is really good for customer service. Customer service is very important in any business when you are interacting with the public on a daily basis. I find there are quite a few business lack in that area. Good customer service; in my opinion; helps to build trust when you rely on them to get your car fixed correctly; being able to take what I've said and convey that to the mechanics.
Extremely professional and courteous employee. Helped me understand and know exactly what was being done to my vehicle and how long it would take.
Exceptional experience. The service department went above and beyond considering i was told it might take awhile because they were short handed. But, I didn't get through one game on my phone and my car was ready.
As always, for the 5+ yrs we've been customers there, we got great customer service! Pleasant & extra helpful recently, during a snowstorm when my battery died, and I needed a replacement!
