Everything you have read from others about shady dealings and lying are true! These people will say anything to try and sell a car. All of there inventory comes from auctions where they buy the cars that no one else would buy. Save your self a bunch of time and money, avoid this dealership! The BMW I bought from them needed almost $5000 worth of work a month after I bought it. The BMW dealer told me they think that the dealer I bought it from (import auto gallery) put something in the oil to cover up a problem with the engine.

Made a big mistake buying from here, first impression was good, bought a trk used, had vehicle 5 days wound up spending over $500 already ,,, went to a dealer where I always go for service , bright in new trk, was shown the following oil needed to be changed, fronte drivers side break pad wore down past safe, had to do break job, air filter was original when truck was new , was given one key at purchase time , my luck not the master my key to reset settings, had to buy and program new key, even wipers were bad!! I was told before over and over that they do full service on vehicles before they r sold, well how do u explain oil was not fresh , and unsafe breaks, I contacted dealer was told oh ok get me copies of recipts , did that, got the run around for 2 days then was told today I’m basi lay SOL nice ugh !

Bought two cars. One for me and one for my wife. After paying 4000 dollars for a 5 year warranty, the warranty company couldn’t even fix one issue I had with the car. I decided to cancel it 4 months within the policy. After calling them for 8 months to get a refund on that warranty, they decided to send 1800 dollars back out of 4000 dollars. They began lying to me telling that’s the warranty company issue who told that was the dealership issue. Back and forth. I will go to court and sue both companies. Don’t go there. They are liars

Purchased a used 2010 Mercedes GL450 from this dealer.... what a HUGE mistake! Firstly the finance manager noted that my lien pay off was $850 higher than my printed quote from my lender. When I questioned this I was told that a check would be in the mail to me for the difference once they could confirm the final lien payoff amount (more to come on this later). Secondly when I purchased this GL there were several items noted on a WE OWE as conditions of sale: TPMS Sensor was missing on FRONT left wheel Rear Lift Gate wasn't opening automatically New brake pads and rotors Rear right sway bar and bushing Full Detail .......... So I booked my car in for the WE OWN work...THREE WEEKS later I was finally told that all the parts had arrived, been fitted and my car was ready. I drove an hour back to the dealership to collect my car only to find that the owner had told the mechanics not to bother with the brakes and rotors and nor the sway bar and bushing. And no detail done on the car.... surprised was I.... NO! So the 3 week wait was because they were waiting for the bushing to arrive - which now we learn wasn't even installed!! (BTW still no check in the mail and several unreturned phone calls to the finance manager) So now this PREGNANT woman is expected to just drive off happy??? After extensive raised voiced conversations they agree that the work needs to be complete. 4 days later and my car is ready... again. Back we drive to inspect the car. Rear Lift Gate - done Brake Pads - assumed done Sway bar and bushing - verdict still out here.... TPMS - NOPE. However the sensor is now on the REAR left wheel. So we can assume brakes are done because they obviously took the wheels off. Detail - done But we still have the matter of the missing check..... So in to the finance office I go. Holding the document provided to me by the finance company clearly showing the final pay off amount. Now the finance manage gives me the big speech about the 3rd party they use to handle these payoffs and he has come back with a figure of $495... FAR short of the $855 that my document proves. Time for raised voice conversation #2 which ends rather quickly with a check in my hand for $855.00. DO NOT TRUST THESE CHEATING LIARS. Hoping karma kicks these liars !!!

This place need to be reported and closed down! The owner is a scam artist! If I could rate them they would get a negative -star rating. They have false advertising (I.e mileage) advertised a 2011 Range Rover at 63k thousand miles after ACH the paperwork said 67,017 miles! They did not have the keys to the vehicle so the vehicle was never shipped! The owner didn't want to give me money back until I had to get the police involved. He usually profanity to his employees and to me as his customers. Beware I ignored all the negative reviews BIG MISTAKE and a LESSON Learned. Take my advice stay far away from this place!
