If I could give negative stars I would!! Service guy refused to help us apply for a goodwill assistance for our 2013 kia Optima with paint pealing everywhere!!! Snow White Pearl paint!! Huge chunks! It’s a well known issue!! Don’t buy a Kia!!! Tens of thousands have had the same issue and they give you the run around trying to claim stones hitting the car cause it!!! No stones don’t hit the side of your car I mean it is peeling everywhere!!! You can google it it isn’t a limited issue!! It is a Factory defect! The base coat fails to adhere to the primer!!! They do not stand by their product!!! This guy was super unhelpful!!! I wish I had gotten his name!! Horrible!!!
